Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delays Furtribe is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@furtribe.com.au.
Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
