Our 60-Day Return Policy We want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 60 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
- Return must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date
How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@furtribe.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Faulty or Damaged Items If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@furtribe.com.au. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no cost to you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply at all times.

- Items that have been used or opened (unless faulty)
- Items returned after the 60-day window
